A scientist by training and a practitioner by career, she holds a Master's in Physics (WES evaluated), an MBA in IT Systems and HR Management, and an IIFT certification in International Trade.

Shilpi Jain holds a Master's degree in Physics (WES evaluated for international equivalency), an MBA in IT Systems and HR Management, and an IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) certification in International Trade. Her career spans IT consulting in the United States, entrepreneurship, and senior leadership roles across EXIM, HR, and Operations in India. This cross-border, cross-functional background gives her an unusually broad base for advisory work — bringing together technical rigour, operational depth, and founder empathy. Her hands-on EXIM experience covers engineering goods exports to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Spain, and North America.
